Replace 1 complete wheel hoop for your Swagman XC 2-bike carrier with this kit. The wheel hoop slides over the arm of your rack and adjusts to different bike lengths. Kit includes the bolt and knob to secure the hoop to the bike rack.

The Swagman CHINOOK is a hitch mounted platform bike rack that will fit most sizes of bikes, wheels, and tire widths. A highly versatile and adjustable rack, it fits tires up to 3” wide and wheels that are 20” to 29” in diameter. If you have fatter tires, fat bike trays are sold separately. It has adjustable locking ratchet hooks which clamp the top tube and ratchet straps hold the wheels. Access the rear of your vehicle even when the bikes are loaded by tilting the rack back.
