The Telos XL temporarily attaches to J-style carriers (DownLoader and J-Loader) and V-style carrier (SeaWing). This lift assist provides a safe way to vertically raise the kayak into a position where it can easily be loaded into the carriers. You can detach the Telos XL and use it on the other side of the vehicle to load your second kayak, or, store it in the trunk for unloading later. The new ground level adjustable extensions avoid contact with the vehicle's sheet metal.

Malone - TelosXL Load Assist Module

The Malone MPG368 Universal Multi Rack Adapter fastens to the vehicle's cross bars and provides an attachment for installing the Malone MPG351 TelosXL Lift Assist. These adapters solve the issue of keeping your existing carriers while utilizing the Telos or TelosXL for ease of loading and unloading. Includes two lengths of mounting bolts for improved fit. Attaches to most cross bar profiles (round, square & oval) and sold in sets of two.
