The UHC Fillet Knife has a 7 blade that is about 7/8 wide and .052 thick. it has a bit of flex, but not as much as the Minnow. Despite the blade length and full tang, the knife weighs only 4 1/2 ounces. The handle is about 5 long. It's supplied with a wood storage block.
